Amazing collection of food that is unique to Italy and in particular Roma. We tried few things and loved everything we tried. We thought we should have bought more of it but given we were traveling through many cities and countries we had no choice but I will recommend this shop. The staff was nice and very helpful. We tried some things before we bought them. Price is very reasonable and quality is guaranteed.

The Cannolo Pistacchio was one of the best pastries I have ever eaten. When in Rome, you absolutely must try it ! I think about it all the time.

The baked goods we got were all delicious - a perfect way to start a day full of adventure in Rome. Even my Italian friend was proud of me for the selection we got there:) The 2 ladies serving us were the kindest people ever - very helpful, fairy godmother like.

My favourite bakery in Rome!! everything was delicious. i was staying near by & trying food from many bakeries around Campo de Fiori and i kept coming back to Il Fornaio. the ham & cheese pizza, and the cinnamon biscotti, were standouts. The staff were lovely & everything is well priced

A great place to grab a bite to eat , it was not full of tourists and they were nice as can be to us. The mortadella with pistachios on focaccia was delicious. They only had two tables but we were able to sit and eat and have some coffee as well. Definitely hit the spot.

This is my favorite bakery in Rome, and my favorite thing to order is the Tortina di Pistacchio. Wonderful crust, delicious filling. The Tortina di Amarena is also fantastic, as is everything else I’ve tried here.

If you want to enjoy Rome with actual authentic breakfast, made by the sweetest ladies you will ever meet. Then this is the bakery for you, the smell when you walk in the door is absolutely to die for. Every thing is fresh and made with love!! The cappuccino, and pastries are heavenly!
Pistachio Cannoli [ 4.50 Euro ] large and HEAVENLY. This Cannoli is so good that you might return to Rome just to get another one. It should be on a food tour. Lovely owners, Plus plus atmosphere. Do NOT miss this.

We also had the sfogliatelle (layered pastry shown in the photo) which was incredible. The outside was perfectly crispy and the inside had a soft cheese filling. Recommended! We also tried the zucchini pizza which unfortunately we did not manage to take a photo of but which did not disappoint! They offered a variety of other pizzas - with parma ham, potatoes, spinach and cheese etc...a large rectangular slice of pizza (good snack for two people) was approx 8 euros and the bakeries prices varied from 3-5 euros. They had a couple of cookies as the gluten free options - most of the pastries contained gluten. We were served by the owners which were very kind and welcoming.Don’t miss the traditional pastry shop / fornaio !!! Everything is delicious & coffee too Polite staff earth blond lady serving!!! The pastries though! Come hungry. Plan on eating way too much. The scent alone will make you want to taste everything.
Look at what they have. We tried their sugared donut (ciambella), a jam filled linzer tart and a sfoglie romane (pastry dough/ like phyllo, filled with an incredible chocolate ganache-like cream). We are headed back tomorrow, even though it’s a 20-minute walk and we pass eight other pasticcerias to get there.This is the best bakery we found during our stay in Rome (we stayed in the Piazza de Biscione area). There is so much to choose from, you will not be disappointed! The service is excellent and it became our first stop of the day for a pastry and cappuccino before we began our adventures.
